David Lisi

Founder, Partner

David has reached a 30-year milestone in the Construction Management and General Contracting industry. He is constantly elevating the quality of project delivery within the Frontier Group organization. His attention to detail and strong work ethic has been the backbone of Frontier Group.


Nick Brokalakis

Founder, Partner

Nick has earned a reputation of integrity and loyalty in his 45years in the construction industry. His vast experience in project delivery is a key force behind Frontier Group’s success. His many years of leadership and mentorship have elevated Frontier Group to its highest possible standard.


Anthony Pollo

Vice President

Anthony is our Vice President and Partner, spearheading management, and strategic vision. With a robust background, he held roles at Allied REIT and Plan Group before joining us. His extensive expertise spans strategy, sales, and operations.

Anthony is an alumnus of the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. His academic foundation complements his real-world accomplishments.

Gerry de la Rosa

Director, Contracts & Estimating

Gerry is a results-oriented, decision-maker with proven leadership and hands-on construction and development professional with vast experience in completing multi-million-dollar projects. He has held various senior positions working with banking/financial institutions, asset management, property management and construction firms both in Canada and abroad.


Koushan Taghavi

Director, Project Management

Holding a B.Sc/Engineering from Queen’s U., and over 11 years of experience delivering projects within the industry, Koushan is committed to ensuring the best possible results are achieved with each and every job. As Frontier’s Projects lead, he oversees the progress and execution on nearly all company wide projects and implements operational improvements as necessary.


Joseph Brokalakis

Director, Finance

Holding a BBA/Accounting from the University of Toronto and 10 years of experience in the Construction industry, Joseph is a strategic thinker with a broad knowledge of accounting, financial, and business principles. He has been with Frontier Group since 2015 and has brought a dynamic mind set to the team.


Désiré Betty

Director, Construction

Désiré has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a natural leader, she excels in motivating and coordinating teams to achieve project goals while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

As the Director of Construction, Désiré oversees the Frontier Group Construction Management and Design-Build projects portfolio. She is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful completion of all projects under her management. Her extensive experience and leadership skills ensure that each project is executed efficiently, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
